Privacy Policy

tiund.com is a static website. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, runs no third-party trackers and has no forms. To see how the site is used, we count visits with Grynlume, our own analytics tool (section 3).

2. Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted in Germany by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich. When you open a page, the hosting provider automatically logs your IP address, the date and time, the file requested, your browser and operating system, and the referring page. This is necessary to deliver and secure the site; the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We do not combine this data with other data or use it for marketing.

3. Web analytics (Grynlume)

This website uses Grynlume, a self-hosted analytics tool operated by Thorsten Meyer, Blombergstrasse 11 C, 82393 Iffeldorf, Germany, to understand how the site is used: which pages are read, where visitors come from and which devices they use. Grynlume sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.

When you open a page, your browser sends the page address, the referring page, your browser type and window width, how far you scroll and how long the page stays open, clicks on links to other sites, and your IP address to our own server in Germany. Requests pass through Cloudflare, Inc. as our network provider.

The IP address and browser type are combined with a random secret that changes every day and are stored only as a hash. The raw IP address is never written to disk, so you cannot be recognised from one day to the next or across other websites. Events are kept for 426 days.

4. Email

If you write to contact@tiund.com, we use your address and your message only to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We delete them once they are no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep them.

5. Fonts and files

All fonts, styles and images are served from this domain. Apart from the analytics request described in section 3, loading the site sends no requests to other servers, in particular none to Google Fonts.

6. Links to other sites

Some links lead to other websites. If you follow them, the operator of that site processes your data under its own privacy policy.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA) in Ansbach.

8. Changes

We update this policy when the site changes. The date below shows the current version.
